Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in training delivery within customer support or contact centre environments
  • Strong facilitation skills across virtual and remote settings
  • Experience using digital learning platforms
  • Ability to simplify complex information into practical and engaging learning experiences
  • Experience with self-directed or modular learning approaches
  • Comfortable working with global, freelance, or distributed teams
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on clarity and coaching
  • Experience working with enterprise businesses
  • Experience training for entertainment, technology, or subscription-based services
  • Familiarity with QA frameworks, CSAT, and performance metrics
Responsibilities
  • Deliver onboarding training across customer support programmes covering chat and voice
  • Use existing client materials and tools effectively
  • Convert client materials into structured and engaging virtual learning experiences
  • Facilitate live sessions, webinars, and guided learning for remote experts
  • Assess knowledge through quizzes, roleplays, and readiness checkpoints
  • Support experts during early production by reinforcing quality and confidence
