About the Role

This is a critical function that strengthens healthcare systems through data accuracy and clinical insight.

• Minimum 1-3 years of Risk Adjustment coding experience
• Active CPC and CRC certifications (must be current - no lapsed credentials)
• Demonstrated experience in Prospective Review / Pre-Visit Review of US healthcare charts
• Deep knowledge of clinical indicators supporting HCC code capture
• Strong command of Risk Adjustment / RAF concepts and scoring
• Proficiency with CMS-HCC models
• Fluent written and verbal English communication
• Ability to work standard US business hours

• Allied Health professional, US-Registered Nurse (USRN), or Philippine-Registered Nurse (PHRN) is highly preferred
• Clinical experience that strengthens chart interpretation and documentation review
• Familiarity with additional Risk Adjustment models beyond CMS-HCC (e.g., HHS-HCC, RxHCC) is an advantage

• High accuracy and attention to detail in high-volume chart review environments
• Strong understanding of MEAT documentation criteria
• Ability to identify undercoded or unsupported diagnoses
• Compliance awareness with familiarity in RADV audit standards

• Review assigned patient charts for prospective and pre-visit HCC coding opportunities
• Apply ICD-10-CM codes based on clinical indicators using MEAT documentation criteria
• Identify and flag missing, unsupported, or incomplete diagnoses and documentation gaps
• Meet daily chart volume targets and maintain high accuracy standards
• Participate in team check-ins, coding audits, and quality reviews as required
