What You’ll Do- Serve as the single point of contact for facilities management within the sub-region, ensuring seamless engagement and satisfaction across client sites.
- Lead and manage all aspects of facilities and property management service delivery, focusing on asset management, operations, and project coordination.
- Own key performance indicators (KPIs), overseeing results, action plans, and process improvements to drive exceptional performance.
- Provide leadership and direction to facilities management teams, fostering innovation and driving high quality service delivery.
- Oversee capital and expense budgets, ensuring effective allocation, management, and reporting.
- Collaborate closely with senior managers, business units, and alliance partners to facilitate operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and implement annual management plans, support short and long-term projects, and ensure compliance with audit standards.
- Guide team goal setting, performance reviews, and career development.
- Champion best practices and drive savings initiatives that benefit both clients and our organization.
- Manage special ad hoc tasks as required by seniors to support business needs.
- Proven experience in facilities or property management, ideally overseeing large portfolios or multi-site operations.
- Solid leadership skills, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing capital and expense budgets.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver innovation in service delivery, drive results, and achieve measurable KPIs.
- Excellent communication, client relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of compliance standards, audit protocols, and industry best practices.
- Track record of managing projects of varying scale and complexity.
- Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
