Responsible for overseeing the company’s Inventory Management and Marketing Division to ensure efficient supply chain operations, accurate inventory monitoring, and effective marketing strategies. This role ensures that branches are adequately supplied, inventory costs are controlled, and marketing initiatives align with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

• Oversee the monitoring, distribution, and replenishment of supplies to all branches.
• Ensure accuracy of stock records and conduct periodic inventory audits.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Implement inventory control systems to minimize waste, loss, and pilferage.
• Monitor inventory costs and recommend measures for efficiency and savings.

Marketing Division:

• Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales.
• Supervise the execution of advertising campaigns, events, and product launches.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing platforms.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with management and branches for effective promotional activities.

Leadership & Coordination:

• Lead and supervise IMD staff, ensuring productivity and professional growth.
• Prepare and present regular reports to top management.
• Establish and enforce policies and procedures for IMD operations.
• Coordinate with other departments to support company objectives

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or marketing (food/retail industry experience is an advantage).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge in supply chain processes, warehouse/inventory systems, and marketing strategies.
• Proficient in MS Office and inventory management software.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly trustworthy, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
