Fiddlers Restaurant and Bar is looking for a dedicated Admin Manager to oversee our day-to-day administrative operations and support the smooth running of the restaurant and bar. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and has prior experience in hospitality or administration.

Responsibilities:

• Manage administrative operations including staff schedules, attendance, and payroll coordination
• Oversee supplier and vendor management (ordering, invoicing, contracts)
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of employees
• Monitor budgets, prepare reports, and track expenses
• Maintain accurate records, documents, and inventory logs
• Support management in daily operations and customer service escalation

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred)
• At least 2–3 years of experience in administration or hospitality management
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS/hospitality systems
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
