About the role
Great Image Services Corporation is seeking a talented Trainer Soft Skills to join our team. As a full-time Trainer Soft Skills, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging training programs focused on developing the soft skills of our employees.The role is based in our office in Cubao, Quezon City, Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing- Designing and delivering interactive training sessions covering a range of soft skills topics such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership
- Assessing the training needs of employees and tailoring programs to meet their specific requirements
- Continuously updating training materials to ensure they are relevant and effective
- Providing one-on-one coaching and mentoring to employees to support their personal and professional development
- Collaborating with HR and management to align training initiatives with the company's overall strategic objectives
- Monitoring and evaluating the impact of training programs to identify areas for improvement
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a corporate trainer or in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of adult learning principles and the ability to design and deliver engaging, interactive training sessions
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing training programs that address identified skill gaps
- Proficient in using various training technologies and platforms
- A collaborative, results-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
