Payroll / Finance Officer

We're looking for a detail‑driven Payroll Officer to join our Finance team in a fully remote capacity to help keep our people operations running smoothly. What you'll be doing- Supporting accurate, end‑to‑end payroll processing such as terminations, salary changes, superannuation any payroll variations
- Responding to staff payroll queries
- Contributing to ensure we meet all statutory obligations including superannuation, payroll tax and WorkCover
- Processing new starters, terminations, salary changes and payroll variations
- Maintaining payroll data and providing information to government and regulatory bodies
- Assist with calculation and reconciliation of all leave entitlement data
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry
- Experience in Payroll
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Confident communication across all levels of the business
- Chris21 experience and strong Excel skills (desirable)
