Food Safety and Quality Assurance Manager
About the role
New Flavor House, Inc.' is seeking a dedicated Food Safety and Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in Guiguinto Bulacan. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality across our operations.
What you'll be doing- Developing, implementing, and monitoring food safety and quality assurance programs to maintain compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices
- Conducting regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential food safety and quality issues
- Providing training and guidance to production staff on food safety protocols and quality control measures
- Analysing data and generating reports to track and improve food safety and quality performance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address any food safety or quality concerns
- Staying up-to-date with changes in food safety regulations and industry standards
- Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a food safety or quality assurance role related to documentation and auditing based on current standards.
- Strong knowledge of management systems and standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 17025, ISO 19011, Pest control and Halal Assurance Management.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with teams at all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in data analysis and report writing
