QIUALITY CONTROL STAFF
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Checks, reviews, approves inspection records by ensuring that the data input meet the establish standards and details are correct in writing.
- Reports nonconformity of the product, prepares document related to the nonconformity, generates NCR to be submitted to customer.
- Performs verification on the detected nonconformity on the product by using digital microscope and penscope for confirmation and SEM to know the composition of foreign matter inside the wire.
- Conduct shipment inspection of QC products to ensure that they meet the established quality standard such as but not limited to the condition of packaging, lot number, arrangement of product.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a graduate of Industrial Engineering or related field
- Working knowledge on Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 13485)
- Preferably have knowledge and experience as a QC Staff in a manufacturing setting, inspection and use of measuring equipment.
- Strong skills in data analysis and statistical tools.
