About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptionally creative and highly experienced Senior Graphic Designer, Video Reel Editor, and Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team full-time. This is a dynamic and hands-on role requiring outstanding visual design skills, a keen marketing mindset, and excellent project management capabilities.
You will be responsible for handling all aspects of design, video editing, and social media content creation for 5–7 active client accounts weekly. This includes developing branded content, creating marketing campaigns, managing scheduling, and delivering high-quality visuals across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design:
- Design high-impact marketing materials including social media posts, presentations, and digital ads.
- Create brand identities and logos that align with clients' business goals and audiences.
- Ensure design consistency and quality across all assets and client deliverables.
- Video Reel Editing:
- Turn client-provided footage and assets into polished, engaging short-form videos (primarily for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
- Add branding elements, motion graphics, transitions, and sound design as needed.
- Social Media Management & Content Creation:
- Create visually compelling content tailored to each client’s brand and industry.
- Plan, schedule, and manage social media content calendars.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on strategy and output.
- Client & Project Management:
- Manage weekly deliverables for 5–7 clients with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure all deadlines are met without compromising on quality.
- Provide strategic input on content performance and optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, and social media marketing.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative range in corporate design, branding, and digital content.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, and relevant social media tools.
- Deep understanding of current social media trends, platforms, and best practices.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and juggle multiple projects with precision.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency or with multiple concurrent clients.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools like Later, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
- Motion design or animation experience is a plus.
