Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, articulate, and results-driven Client Experience Executive to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the vital bridge between our international clients and our internal accounting, audit, and taxation departments.Your primary mission is to ensure a seamless, world-class service experience while guiding clients through their compliance and financial milestones.

You are an accounting-literate graduate with exceptional interpersonal skills. You are passionate about client advisory work, eager to learn international business practices, and excited to take on new challenges within a rapidly expanding consulting firm.
Key Responsibilities
Account & Compliance Management- Primary Point of Contact: Act as the main relationship manager to ensure clients remain fully compliant with their accounting, audit, and tax filing deadlines.
- Client Engagement: Proactively manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Deadline Tracking: Follow up with clients diligently to gather necessary financial documents and meet regulatory timelines.
- Cross-Border Collaboration: Coordinate smoothly between our Hong Kong and Philippines-based accounting, audit, tax, and company secretarial teams.
- Expectation Management: Address client inquiries clearly, manage expectations, and simplify complex financial processes for them.
- Conflict Resolution: Act as a diplomatic mediator to resolve any communication gaps or discrepancies between clients and the accounting team.
- Billing Administration: Issue official quotations and invoices, and professionally follow up on outstanding payments and administrative matters.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, or a related discipline.
- Experience: No prior experience required! We highly welcome fresh graduates and provide comprehensive on the job training.
- Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are essential.
- Bonus Points: Proficiency in additional languages (such as Portuguese, Spanish, or French) is a strong plus, though not mandatory.
