Junior Application Support Specialist

We are currently hiring for a Junior Application Support Specialist SQL role with a leading client based in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig. This is a full-time hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) with a mid-shift schedule and offers a salary of up to PHP 50,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the transition of application features from development to production
• Provide day-to-day support for enterprise applications with focus on SQL-based troubleshooting and data validation
• Assist in incident tracking, resolution, and root cause documentation
• Collaborate with senior team members and developers to resolve issues
• Participate in service improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable):

• At least 3 years of experience in application support, help desk, or technical support
• Basic to intermediate experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgresDB)
• Familiarity with Incident Management and IT Service Management (ITSM) tools
• Willing to work mid-shift and report onsite 3x/week in BGC
