Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse and logistics operations across all construction project sites. The role is responsible for inventory management, equipment monitoring, materials distribution, warehouse compliance, and coordination with site operations to ensure efficient and uninterrupted project support.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee warehouse operations across all construction project sites
- Manage inventory, receiving, issuance, transfer, and monitoring of construction materials and equipment
- Ensure proper storage, safekeeping, and accountability of company assets
- Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, Operations, and Site Teams for material requirements and deliveries
- Monitor warehouse compliance, documentation, and inventory accuracy
- Conduct regular warehouse inspections, audits, and reconciliation
- Supervise warehouse personnel, logistics staff, and site coordinators
- Ensure implementation of safety standards and warehouse procedures
- Develop systems to improve warehouse efficiency and operational control across all sites
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Preferably Mechanical Engineer (ME) or Electrical Engineer (EE)
- At least 10 years of warehouse or logistics experience in the construction industry
- Experience handling multi-site warehouse operations
- Strong leadership and coordination skills
- Knowledgeable in inventory systems, construction materials, and equipment management
- Willing to travel and oversee project sites when necessary
