Job Summary

The Warehouse Officer also ensures compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor stock movement and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to prevent discrepancies.
• Ensure proper monitoring of inventory levels and material availability.

• Supervise the receiving, storage, and release of materials and supplies.
• Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of warehouse items.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transport teams, and other departments for timely deliveries and dispatch.
• Monitor warehouse activities to ensure operational efficiency and productivity.

• Oversee the encoding and updating of incoming and outgoing materials in the warehouse system.
• Maintain accurate costing prices and inventory transaction records.
• Generate inventory, stock movement, and costing reports as needed.

• Ensure all warehouse activities comply with company policies and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and proper organization of the warehouse.
• Oversee the proper handling and operation of warehouse equipment and tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (ODOO) and inventory software.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking skills.
• At least two (2) years of experience in construction warehousing management is an advantage.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and warehouse procedures.
• Capable of handling warehouse-related activities when required.
