Site Manager (Healthcare Account)
Our U.S. partner is a leading provider of medical digital imaging services, offering a full spectrum of diagnostic imaging solutions through convenient and patient-friendly outpatient centers.
We are seeking an experienced BPO Site Manager to lead operations for a Healthcare Account supporting these specialized healthcare services in the U.S. This leadership role will oversee multiple Lines of Business (LOBs), including Healthcare Billing, Call Center Support, Appointment Scheduling, and Fax Labeling teams.
The Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring operational accuracy, compliance with healthcare regulations, and exceptional service delivery, while driving performance and efficiency in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
This is a full-time role, on a US shift, and in a Work in office set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage daily operations across multiple healthcare LOBs supporting imaging care centers.
- Ensure KPIs/SLAs are met consistently for billing accuracy, appointment scheduling efficiency, call handling, and documentation processes.
- Oversee Team Leaders and frontline staff; foster a culture of accountability, performance, and compliance.
- Partner closely with U.S.-based client stakeholders to provide performance updates, resolve concerns, and ensure seamless coordination with New Jersey imaging centers.
- Enforce compliance with HIPAA, data privacy, and U.S. healthcare regulations.
- Drive workforce planning, scheduling, and employee engagement strategies to optimize retention and productivity.
- Manage site P&L, budgets, and resource allocation to support account growth.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 810 years of BPO leadership experience, with 5+ years in healthcare account management.
- Strong background in healthcare billing, appointment scheduling, and patient support.
- Previous experience managing multifunctional teams/LOBs in a high-volume environment.
- Proven success as a Site Manager, Senior Operations Manager, or equivalent role.
- Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare standards, particularly HIPAA compliance.
- Excellent leadership, client relationship, and communication skills.
- Financial and analytical skills with experience managing site budgets and reporting.
