Are you a seasoned HR practitioner with strong expertise in the construction industry or related sectors? We are looking for an HR Manager who is well-versed in all facets of Human Resources and can take a strategic yet hands-on role in supporting our growing operations.
Core Functions- Lead and oversee the full spectrum of HR functions: Recruitment & Selection, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Training & Development, Performance Management, Policy Administration, and Compliance.
- Partner with management in strategic HR planning aligned with business objectives.
- Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure fairness, compliance, and efficiency.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work culture.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of manual and system-based payroll.
- Provide HR support and supervision across multiple construction project sites.
- Efficient Recruitment & Onboarding of skilled manpower.
- Accurate Payroll & Benefits Administration.
- Effective Employee Relations with timely conflict resolution.
- Compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Performance Management System implementation and monitoring.
- HR Policy Development and proper dissemination across the organization.
- Time-to-Fill Rate – Speed of hiring and onboarding.
- Payroll Accuracy Rate – % of error-free payroll processed.
- Employee Retention Rate – % of employees retained annually.
- Employee Engagement Scores – Measured through surveys/feedback.
- Compliance Rate – Audit results and labor law compliance.
- Training Completion Rate – % of workforce trained per cycle.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict management.
- Analytical, resourceful, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in HR systems and job portal management.
- Sound knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to manage multi-site HR operations.

- Willing to travel across different project sites within Cebu City.
