We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Support Agent (Telco - Tech Account) to join our growing team in Davao City, Davao del Sur. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our valued clients in the telecommunications and technology industries.

1. Responding to incoming customer inquiries and support requests via phone, email, and chat channels
2. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our clients' products and services
3. Providing product information and assisting customers with navigating our systems and platforms
4. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
6. Adhering to established service level agreements and performance metrics
7. Continuously improving your knowledge and skills to better serve our customers

1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the telecommunications or technology industry
2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively diagnose and resolve customer issues
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your approach to different customer needs
4. Familiarity with common customer service and technical support tools and software
5. A positive attitude, empathy, and a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service
6. Fluency in English and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms
