✅Perform problem resolution by addressing request and inquiries offering smart solutions to meet customer needs.
✅Work to meet assigned productivity targets and performance goals, including service quality, operational and compliance commitments
✅Maintain punctuality fir required sign on time.
✅Participate in team meetings, regular training and ongoing feedback and coaching sessions for continuous professional growth and development
✅Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comment actions taken.
Qualifications/Requirements
✅Willing to work ON-SITE ( Obrero, Davao City)✅With BPO experience is preferred but not required.
✅Can speak and understand Japanese Language in a conversation level.
✅JLPT holder is an advantage but not required✅Must be flexible with shifts.
✅Attentive to details with excellent time management skills.
✅A fast learner with strong analytical skills along with CRTICAL THINKING.
✅Proficiency in Microsoft office and google suites.
✅Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment.
✅Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed.
✅Clear and concise written/verbal communication.
