Project Engineer

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering Civil/Architecture or equivalent.

At least 3 years of work experience, specializing in project finishing works.

Exudes professional work ethics.

Salary commensurate with qualification and experience.

Required skill(s): MS Office, Auto Cad

Will be assigned along Makati City area.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Schedule and monitor program activity to achieve on-time result while ensuring quality assurance in completing the project.

While the project is ongoing, he/she is responsible for safety measures on-site.

Ensure conformity in terms of approved plans and specifications.

Submit weekly and/or monthly progress reports to be presented to the client.

Review technical specifications and recommended changes

Sets an efficient and timely schedule for the purchase of equipment and raw materials.

Manage and ensure timely completion of the project assigned.

Perform project coordination and attend site construction meetings.

Timely presentation of progress reports.
