Project engineer

SNS Construction and Supply OPC is seeking a highly motivated and licensed Project Engineer to oversee and manage the technical and operational aspects of our construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in strict compliance with quality and safety standards.

• Project Supervision: Manage and oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring all construction activities align with approved plans and specifications.
• Planning & Scheduling: Develop, monitor, and update project timelines (Gantt Charts/PERT-CPM) to prevent delays and optimize resource allocation.
• Cost & Material Management: Monitor material consumption, estimate costs, manage project budgets, and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
• Quality & Safety Control: Implement strict quality control measures and enforce occupational health and safety standards on-site.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare accurate daily/weekly progress reports, billing statements, accomplishments, and other technical documents for management and clients.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact between subcontractors, site laborers, suppliers, management, and clients.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or any related engineering discipline.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of proven experience in construction project supervision and engineering.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, or equivalent project management software.
• Strong ability to read, interpret, and analyze blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to handle high-pressure situations on-site.
• Willingness to travel or be assigned to various project sites as needed.
