Sales Engineer (Materials)

Manage and grow assigned customer accounts by developing strong, long‑term relationships
- Identify new business opportunities, applications, and markets for the company's products and solutions
- Provide technical support and product expertise throughout the sales process, including pre‑ and post‑sales activities
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and solution recommendations tailored to customer needs
- Work closely with internal teams (R&D, production, quality, supply chain) to ensure successful project execution and delivery
- Support product evaluations, trials, and qualification processes with customers
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to support strategic planning
- Represent the company in customer meetings, technical discussions, and industry‑related events as needed

A successful Sales Engineer/Manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related technical field
- 3-7 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or application engineering, preferably in materials, chemicals, or industrial products
- Strong understanding of solution‑based / consultative selling
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear commercial value propositions
- Experience working with manufacturing, R&D, or technical teams is highly preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment
- Willingness to travel locally (and occasionally internationally, if required)
