SALES / SALES ENGINEER

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Technical Sales Support

• Understand and demonstrate the technical aspects of the company’s products or services to clients.
• Assist the sales team in presenting product solutions that meet customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers.

1. Customer Consultation and Solution Design

• Analyze customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to identify technical requirements and challenges.
• Provide guidance on product selection, installation, and usage.

1. Sales Process Management

• Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Support the sales team in negotiating technical aspects of contracts.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.

1. Product Knowledge and Development

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, products, and technologies.
• Provide feedback to product development teams on customer requirements and potential improvements.

1. Training and Support

• Train clients on product usage and best practices.
• Offer technical support for troubleshooting and problem-solving post-sale.

1. Collaboration and Coordination

• Work closely with marketing, engineering, and production teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and client meetings to promote products.

1. Performance Targets

• Achieve sales targets in collaboration with the sales team.
• Report on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field) or equivalent.
• With or without licensed
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or sales engineering in any industry.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of products and industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as required.
