About the role
As a Customer Service Representative (Blended Account) at IGT Technologies Philippines Inc.', you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and delivering high-quality service to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila.Up To 24K Package, 15K signing bonus is offered for selected classes starting this April.
What you'll be doing- Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Providing detailed product and service information to customers
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Continuously improving customer service processes and procedures
- Completed at least 2nd year in college OR College Graduate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service or call centre environment
- 1 year call center experience preferred
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
