About the role

As a Customer Service Representative (Blended Account) at IGT Technologies Philippines Inc.', you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and delivering high-quality service to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila.

Up To 24K Package, 15K signing bonus is offered for selected classes starting this April.

What you'll be doing
  1. Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels
  2. Investigating and resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
  3. Providing detailed product and service information to customers
  4. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  6. Continuously improving customer service processes and procedures
What we're looking for
  1. Completed at least 2nd year in college OR College Graduate
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  4. Demonstrated experience in a customer service or call centre environment
  5. 1 year call center experience preferred
  6. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  7. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
  8. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
