About the role

Stark BPO Services is seeking talented Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our dynamic team in our Makati City location. As a CSR, you will be the vital link between our clients and their customers, delivering exceptional service and support.

This is a full-time role with a competitive salary package of up to 29,000 Philippine Pesos.

What you'll be doing
  1. Responding to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and effective solutions
  2. Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  3. Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
  4. Collaborating with team members to share best practices and improve customer satisfaction
  5. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
What we're looking for
  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
  2. 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the call centre and customer service industry
  3. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
