About the role
Stark BPO Services is seeking talented Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our dynamic team in our Makati City location. As a CSR, you will be the vital link between our clients and their customers, delivering exceptional service and support.This is a full-time role with a competitive salary package of up to 29,000 Philippine Pesos.
What you'll be doing- Responding to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and effective solutions
- Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
- Collaborating with team members to share best practices and improve customer satisfaction
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the call centre and customer service industry
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
