I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Leadership and Planning:
o Develop and implement the mall's strategic plan, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
o Identify market trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities in the Metro Manila retail sector.
o Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the mall, including sales, foot traffic, occupancy rates, and customer satisfaction.
o Develop and manage the mall's annual budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
Operations Management:
o Oversee all aspects of mall operations, including security, maintenance, housekeeping, and customer service.
o Ensure the mall is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and aesthetics.
o Manage and supervise all mall staff, including department heads and other personnel.
o Implement and enforce mall policies and procedures.
Financial Performance:
o Monitor and analyze the mall's financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
o Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior management.
o Manage the mall's revenue streams, including rent, common area maintenance (CAM) fees, and other income.
o Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.
Customer Experience:
o Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service throughout the mall.
o Implement programs and initiatives to enhance the shopper experience and satisfaction.
o Address customer feedback and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
o Create a welcoming and engaging environment for shoppers.
Safety and Security:
o Ensure the safety and security of shoppers, tenants, and employees.
o Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
o Coordinate with local authorities and security agencies as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in mall management, retail management, or property management, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field
- Experience with major mall operations in Philippines
- Strong understanding of the retail industry, particularly in the Philippines and Metro Manila.
- Proven track record of success in managing a large-scale retail property.
- Excellent leadership, management, and interpersonal skills.
