I. PURPOSE
A. Minimum Education
- To be able to train new breed of future Account Manager.
- To be able to immerse new hires on the role and responsibility of an Account Manager.
- To lessen the accountability of potential Account Manager.
- Responsible for directly interfacing with the customer to generate revenue by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification and closing sales
- Must maintain or exceed a minimum amount of sales quota
- Use an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business
- Build, maintain and expand strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of the company's solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to customers
- Work as intermediary between client, supplier and corporate operations team
- Provide timely forecasts through SFDC and other forecast templates as required
- Deliver in a timely manner requirements of SOR creation, SOPO update, demo list, etc….
- Maintain accurate and complete customer account details.
- Assist in determining pricing proposal for customer.
- Provide responses to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve clients’ issues and concern.
- Attend technology seminars, workshop and sales related training.
- Participate in Trends’ marketing activity such as exhibits and seminar.
- Ensure total customer satisfaction by providing quality customer service.
- Support and manage existing and potential customers.
- Provide daily support of business operations to customers.
- Identify business initiatives and improvements.
- Prepare presentations and reports to clients.
- Creating and preparing correct cost sheets and proposals.
- Contributes on providing customer account deliverables.
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
A. Minimum Education
- College Graduate

- Strong Personality (Can cope up with Stress, Pressure and Anxiety).
- Should be able to accept constructive criticism and be able to adapt on team’s culture.
- Good in Critical thinking and strategy, preferably with leadership background.
