We care for patients who have been dismissed, misdiagnosed, or repeatedly prescribed the same short course of antibiotics. Through individualized care, advanced diagnostics, and precision medicine, we're changing the standard of care.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our entire marketing function. This is a leadership role responsible for defining strategy, overseeing execution, and working with our Social Media Manager to ensure every initiative aligns with our brand and business objectives.
You'll work directly with the CEO and play a key role in building one of the fastest-growing brands in women's health.
What You'll Do
Marketing Leadership- Own overall marketing strategy and annual roadmap
- Develop quarterly marketing plans and growth initiatives
- Manage, mentor, and provide direction to our Social Media Manager
- Review and approve marketing content before publication
- Ensure consistent branding across every customer touchpoint
- Collaborate directly with leadership on company growth strategy
- Build scalable marketing systems, processes, and workflows
- Build national brand awareness across digital channels
- Develop campaigns that drive patient acquisition and engagement
- Identify new marketing opportunities and growth initiatives
- Lead product launches and integrated marketing campaigns
- Develop compelling messaging for new products and services
- Help establish us as a nationally recognized healthcare brand
- Continuously improve website messaging and customer experience
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns with strategic partners
- Collaborate with healthcare organizations, laboratories, and industry partners on co-branded initiatives
- Create marketing materials and launch campaigns supporting B2B partnerships
- Build relationships with influencers, podcasts, medical organizations, and women's health communities
- Coordinate webinars, educational events, and joint marketing campaigns
- Support referral partner growth through marketing assets and outreach campaigns
- Identify new partnership opportunities that increase brand awareness and patient acquisition
- Oversee social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms
- Guide content calendars and campaign planning
- Oversee email marketing campaigns and customer lifecycle automations
- Improve website messaging, landing pages, and conversion rates
- Improve SEO and organic search performance
- Coordinate Meta, Google, and other paid marketing initiatives when appropriate
- Optimize lead generation funnels across every marketing channel
- Track marketing KPIs and campaign performance
- Present recommendations to leadership based on data
- Monitor competitors and industry trends
- Analyze marketing ROI and customer acquisition metrics
- Continuously optimize campaigns for growth and conversion
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications- 5+ years of digital marketing experience
- Previous experience managing marketing team members, contractors, or agencies
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Experience developing multi-channel marketing strategies
- Strong copywriting and brand storytelling skills
- Strong understanding of social media marketing
- Experience with email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar)
- Strong understanding of branding, positioning, and customer acquisition
- Experience using marketing analytics to make business decisions
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup
- Healthcare or telehealth marketing experience
- B2B partnership marketing experience
- Partnership or influencer marketing experience
- SEO experience
- Meta Ads and Google Ads experience
- Marketing automation experience
- HubSpot experience
- Experience launching new brands or products
- Strategic and growth-oriented
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
