The Mental Health Counselor facilitates programs to improve the mental health and well-being of clients.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure that consultations and psychotherapy are aligned with MedGrocer’s scheduling system and teleconsultation protocols
- Collaborate with the Mental Health team for client triaging and escalations, and develop holistic mental health interventions for clients
- Coordinate with the Mental Health team and company representatives to align protocols, provide operational reports, and assist in other requests related to the mental health program
- Assess clients’ mental and emotional well-being through wellness check-ins and emergency handling
- Monitor program effectiveness and suggest necessary improvements to further develop current systems

- Willingness to work from home during the mid-day shift;
