Manila - Head of Supply Chain

Position Overview

The Head of Supply Chain will be responsible for end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, inventory management, demand planning, and supplier relationship management. This role is strategic and hands-on, requiring someone who understands the pace and pressure of the food service business, and knows how to balance cost, speed, and quality without compromise.

• Develop and execute the supply chain strategy aligned with company growth targets and operational goals.
• Lead and manage all supply chain functions: sourcing/procurement, warehousing, distribution, logistics, and demand forecasting to optimize end-to-end supply chain performance.
• Monitor, Evaluate, and Ensure continuity of supply across— To reduce risks stockouts, delays or errors in supply, aligning with the goal of minimizing late deliveries.
• Execute day-to-day operational plans in collaboration with procurement and logistics teams to maintain smooth operations and meet delivery timelines.
• Optimize costs while maintaining product quality and freshness standards.
• Drive efficiency through data analysis, digital tools, and process improvements.
• Implement sustainability initiatives within the supply chain (e.g., waste reduction, eco-friendly packaging, local sourcing).
• Monitor supply chain risk and create contingency plans for disruptions.
• Lead, coach, and grow a capable supply chain team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain roles, preferably in restaurant (food service) group, FMCG, logistics.
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of building high-performance teams.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety standards, cold chain logistics, and perishable inventory.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and cost control skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience using ERP systems and forecasting tools.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
