Activations Promotion Manager

Ensures that activities are implemented based on the approved operational guidelines and in accordance with the proper scheme and procedures stipulated in the Client’s advise.
- Supervises monitors and controls assigned on-going activities to ensure that all guidelines and procedures are followed.
- Checks on the anomalies occurring at field level.
- Closely coordinates with local Client representative on the specific requirements of the activity.
- Secures necessary permits, nego letters and fees needed for the operation.
- Prepares comprehensive weekly summary report of assigned activities in coordination with Branch Manager and Local Client.
- Ensures prompt and accurate submission of reports and other pertinent information being required by the Branch Manager.
- Accomplishes post operation activities for the assigned projects.
- Reconciliation of stocks, premiums and materials.
- Reconciliation of manpower workdays used
- Reviews operational control system and suggests needed improvements.
- Jointly responsible with the HR/Admin Manager on the screening, testing, interviewing and selecting the personnel for the assigned project.
- Assists in the training and briefing, motivating and developing of the personnel.
- Investigates and imposes necessary disciplinary actions on erring personnel.
