About the role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our operations in SM Davao. This is a full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to take charge of a retail branch and drive its success through strategic management, team leadership, and operational excellence.As Branch Manager, you will be the key figure responsible for managing all aspects of branch operations, ensuring profitability, customer satisfaction, and the achievement of company objectives. This role is critical to our expansion strategy and directly impacts the performance of our retail operations in the region.
Key responsibilities- Overseeing all daily branch operations, including sales, inventory management, staffing, and customer service standards
- Setting and achieving sales targets and key performance indicators, whilst driving revenue growth and profitability
- Implementing and maintaining company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and consistency across all store operations
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Analyzing sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and identify opportunities for growth
- Ensuring the branch meets health, safety, and security standards at all times
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a senior retail management role, preferably in consumer products or a similar industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members effectively
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent financial acumen, including budget management, cost control, and P&L responsibility
- Outstanding customer service orientation and the ability to handle customer complaints professionally
- Proficiency in retail management systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of retail inventory management and merchandising practices
- Flexibility and willingness to work varied hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by retail operations
