QUALITY ASSURANCE / QUALITY CONTROL ( QC/QA)

Job Description:

The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all construction works meet the company’s quality standards and project specifications. This role involves conducting inspections, preparing documentation, and coordinating with site engineers, contractors, and consultants to maintain compliance with design, material, and procedural requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor quality assurance and quality control procedures across all project phases.
• Conduct site inspections and material testing to verify compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC reports, checklists, and documentation for audit and record purposes.
• Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and contractors to address quality-related issues.
• Review and verify technical drawings, specifications, and materials before execution.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality management systems.
• Participate in regular project meetings to discuss progress, quality concerns, and corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in construction or a technical consultancy firm.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with QA/QC documentation procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
