Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma Food Technology, Food Science,Industrial Microbiology,Chemistry or Biochemistry or relevant degree.
- Professional Certifications (Highly Preferred): Food Safety & Hygiene Certification, HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- 1–3 years experience in: Bakery production, Food manufacturing or commissary operations, Quality control or quality assurance roles
- Knowledge of bakery processes (mixing, proofing, baking, cooling, packaging)
- Understanding of food microbiology and shelf-life control
- Familiarity with food testing procedures (moisture, weight control, sensory evaluation)
- Documentation and reporting skills
