Key Responsibilities:
Partner Recruitment and Activation
Assist in identifying and onboarding new LCs and affiliate partners.
Coordinate recruitment events, orientations, and activation campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of active and newly onboarded partners.
Event and Campaign Support
Support logistics and coordination for trade shows, training sessions, and marketing events.
Prepare materials, attendance tracking, and post-event documentation.
Help execute co-branded campaigns and distribute marketing collaterals.
Communication and Coordination
Act as a liaison between LC Relations and Affiliate Marketing teams for shared activities.
Monitor campaign progress and provide updates on partner engagement performance.
Collect feedback from trade partners for process and service improvement.
Administrative and Reporting Support
Ensure timely submission of partner activity reports and participation data.
Assist in monitoring performance metrics and partner achievements.
Provide clerical and administrative support for joint projects and initiatives.
Performs any other tasks assigned from time to time. "
Qualifications/Requirements
"JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Educational Requirement: bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.Work Experience: at least 6 months - 1 year of experience relevant to the position.
Workdays: The work week will include weekend shifts, and employees are expected to attend work during weekends as part of their regular schedule.
JOB COMPETENCIES
Functional: Excellent attention to detail, customer-service oriented, proficient in Microsoft office and CRM systems
Personal: Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, strong analytical, judgment, and decision-making skills, innovative and creative. Must be willing to perform fieldwork, including client meetings and site visits, as required by the role."
