Job Responsibilities
- Alignment with Program Management on the required planning for assigned construction projects by defining the scope, budget, schedule, resource plan, procurement plan, risk assessment and overall project strategy.
- Integration of project status and requirements and creates project updates/reports.
- Resource person for internal and external stakeholders to ensure safety and quality procedures are strictly complied with and continuous improvement is practiced.
- Provision of technical support to project managers in resolving problems encountered for assigned construction projects.
- Identification of best practices and recommendation of corresponding improvements or development of processes for assigned construction projects; and
- Conduct of technical review of assigned construction projects to ensure TMS targets are met.
- Manage Contractors to ensure the project are implemented based on approved schedule, and within the required quality.
- Ensure the delivery of CAPEX committed to the project.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work site (Project Site) and in MWSS Bldg., QC.
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- Must have a valid driver's license and must know how to drive a manual transmission car.
