Web and System UI Specialist

JOB SUMMARY

The main objective is to transform Data Lake’s website into a decision-making platform that reduces buyer uncertainty, validates credibility, and converts interest into qualified opportunities.

The Web and System UI Specialist collaborates with operations and technology, MIS, marketing, operations, and management teams to create responsive and effective web and system interfaces that improve usability, accessibility, operational efficiency, and customer experience.

WORK ACTIVITIES

• Build and maintain a credibility-first website architecture.
• Ensure digital interfaces comply with company branding and communication standards.
• Develop interface designs that present information clearly, accurately, and professionally.
• Maintain clean, functional, and user-centered layouts that support documentary-style and non-misleading presentation of information.
• Design and develop user interfaces for websites, web applications, dashboards, and internal systems.
• Create responsive layouts and interface components compatible with desktop and mobile devices.
• Assist in developing wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and interface specifications based on operational and user requirements.
• Ensure consistency of visual design, navigation structure, typography, icons, and branding across digital platforms.

• Ensure all public relations, case studies, and contents are structured, searchable, and conversion-ready.
• Implement search engine optimization (SEO) techniques prioritizing high-intent B2G and B2B search terms to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
• Analyze user interaction and system usability to identify interface improvements.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from users and stakeholders.
• Implement interface enhancements that improve accessibility, efficiency, and user satisfaction.
• Ensure interfaces support clear, intuitive, and efficient user workflows.

• Maintain and update the company website and system interfaces.
• Monitor web and application performance, responsiveness, and functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve interface-related issues, display inconsistencies, and usability concerns.

• Coordinate with the operations and technology, MIS, and Marketing teams regarding technical implementation requirements.
• Participate in planning meetings, system upgrades, and digital development projects.
• Manage multiple interfaces and web development tasks while meeting project timelines.

• Prepare and maintain interface design documentation, style guides, and workflow diagrams.
• Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure interface functionality and compatibility.
• Document revisions, updates, and completed system enhancement activities.

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Multimedia Arts, Web Design and Development, or related field.
• At least 1–3 years of progressively responsible experience in web design, UI/UX design, front-end development, or system interface development.
• Experience developing business systems, dashboards, or customer-facing web platforms is preferred.
• A portfolio demonstrating web and interface projects is preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: WordPress, Technical SEO, UI/UX, Core Web Vitals, Google Tools
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and responsive web design, web technologies, front-end development, interface standards, accessibility, usability, interaction design concepts, branding, and digital communication principles.
• Ability to design intuitive and user-friendly digital interfaces, translate operational requirements into functional interface designs, manage multiple projects simultaneously, communicate technical and design concepts clearly, work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
