Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Website Developer/Programmer to join our team. The primary goal of this role is to maintain, improve, and update the company website, as well as provide web development support for other client websites within the organization.The ideal candidate will have strong backend and frontend development skills, experience with website integrations, and the ability to create responsive, user-friendly, and secure web solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Update, maintain, and enhance the company website and client websites within the organization.
- Design, develop, and implement new website features and functionalities based on business requirements.
- Ensure websites are responsive, user-friendly, and optimized across various devices and browsers.
- Develop and maintain robust backend functionality and database integrations.
- Integrate third-party tools and services such as payment gateways, contact forms, CRM systems, and other APIs.
- Perform regular website testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and security checks.
- Optimize websites for speed, scalability, SEO, and overall performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams, designers, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Provide technical support and ongoing maintenance for websites and web applications.
- Stay updated with the latest web development trends, tools, and technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in website development and programming.
- Strong knowledge of backend technologies and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails, PHP).
- Experience with frontend technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular).
- Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with website integrations, APIs, and CMS platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple website projects simultaneously.
- Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and website security protocols.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Experience managing and updating multiple client websites in a fast-paced environment.
