What You’ll Do
- Monitor and evaluate inbound and outbound calls to ensure quality and compliance
- Provide clear, actionable feedback to help agents improve performance
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to elevate service standards
- Partner closely with training and operations teams to drive coaching and development
- Help strengthen processes by promoting best practices and quality standards
- At least 2 years of QA experience in a voice environment
- Background in Insurance Brokerage (Property & Casualty preferred)
- Strong experience in supporting voice campaigns
- Keen eye for detail with strong analytical and communication skills
