Brand Marketing Communications (ATL & Digital) Manager

• Minimum experience in any above the line marketing medium is required
• Experience with any digital marketing platform is essential
• Manage and collaborate with the internal and external business units and partners to support department and company-wide business objectives
• Recommend and develop SOPs and policies and ensure proper and timely compliance and execution
• Secure and manage specific KPIs to ensure achievement of brand health metrics.
• Secure and analyze generated leads from all platforms
• Lead and analyze brand tracking survey and provide strong recommendations and action plans to HoD and/or top management and other key stakeholders to

• Ensure all activities are within the approved budget unless otherwise approved by the management.
• Handle Brand Marcom team members and provide support to team's specific tasks to ensure effective and timely project execution.
• Minimum 5+ years of team management experience is required
• Directly report to Head of the Department to ensure strategies are aligned prior to execution
• Other tasks assigned by HoD

Minimum 6-8 years of marketing experience is required for this position.

Bachelor's degree qualification is essential for this role.
