Marketing & Communications Lead
Our client is an Australian lifestyle brand redefining outdoor adventure and urban mobility with premium, design-led camping solutions.
We are looking for a Marketing & Communication Lead to help scale the brand internationally as we prepare for product launches and global expansion.
This role is ideal for someone who has experience working with international consumer brands and understands how to build high-impact digital marketing campaigns, social media storytelling, and community growth.
You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day marketing operations and strategy of the brand, driving audience growth, and executing campaigns across digital channels. You will work closely with the founders and collaborate with a creative production team responsible for developing marketing assets including video, graphics and campaign content.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations & Growth- Manage the day-to-day marketing activities of the brand
- Execute marketing initiatives designed to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns across social media and digital platforms
- Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to expand audience reach
- Manage and grow MyGlamper’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
- Plan and execute a structured content calendar
- Develop engaging content concepts including:
- Product storytelling
- Founder content
- Lifestyle storytelling
- Launch campaigns
- Work closely with the creative production team to brief and develop marketing assets including video, graphics, and campaign visuals
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Support product launches and promotional initiatives
- Coordinate with production and creative teams to deliver marketing materials
- Work with influencers and brand partners where relevant
- Monitor and report on marketing performance
- Optimize campaigns based on data insights
- Track key marketing metrics including reach, engagement, and conversions
- 3+ years experience in digital marketing
- Experience working with international or lifestyle brands
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and digital content trends
- Experience managing day-to-day marketing operations
- Comfortable collaborating with creative production teams
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with AI marketing tools is a plus
