Job Responsibilities:
The Intake Specialist/CSR Outbound will perform a range of data entry duties that include but are not limited to the following: data entry, reviewing clientele demographics and IRS transcripts, assisting in communicating with clients(outbound calls, emails/chats), reviewing and entering client’s documents into the tax software system to support the tax preparation team.
Qualifications:
- Meticulous Attention to Detail and High Sense of Accountability Proficient.
- Computer skills – Microsoft Office, E-mail, G-suite
- Must be proficient in speaking in English
- Must have experience with doing outbound calls, emails and client communications
- Excellent Organizational, Time-management, Written, and Communication Skills
Nice to have and not required:
- Salesforce, Lacerte (Tax Software), Amazon Connect, Microsoft Office.
