Our Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals/fresh graduates to join us in Taguig with the role of Sales Support Admin Associate.
In this role you will be responsible for handling applications, administrative tasks, and providing support that contributes to the Bank's bookings, accounts receivable, and net income. Ensures proper management of sensitive customer data while maintaining compliance with AMLA, KYC, data privacy, and other regulatory requirements.

What the role will entail- Assists in planning and developing business support activities
- Executes approved activities within set timelines
- Coordinates with internal teams and external partners for program implementation
- Handles and resolves customer requests within agreed turnaround time
- Prepares and submits business reports to stakeholders
- Ensures compliance with bank policies, regulations, and supports team development
- Bachelor's degree holder from a reputable university/college
- Background in sales, marketing, and business development is an advantage but not required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Knowledge of project/program and product management
- Skilled in data analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategy formulation
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
