SALES SUPPORT MANAGER

Job Summary

The Sales Support Manager is responsible for leading the Interior Design Team and ensuring the successful execution of office furniture and interior fit-out projects from inquiry stage to project completion. The role focuses on design coordination, project documentation, client requirements, and collaboration with Sales, Production, and Installation teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Interior Design & Project Coordination
  • Lead and supervise the Interior Design Team in preparing space plans, furniture layouts, shop drawings, 3D perspectives, and presentation materials.
  • Ensure all design proposals are accurate, functional, and aligned with client requirements and project specifications.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Installation teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and design details before endorsement for production.
  • Assist in project planning, design development, and technical coordination.
Sales Support Management
  • Oversee preparation of quotations, proposals, BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation.
  • Monitor project timelines, client requirements, and order status.
  • Ensure timely submission of design proposals and sales requirements.
  • Support the Sales Team during client presentations and project negotiations.
  • Ensure proper coordination between clients and internal departments throughout the project lifecycle.
Team Leadership
  • Manage and develop the Interior Design Team.
  • Assign workloads, monitor deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations.
  • Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong background in office furniture, modular cabinetry, workspace solutions, and interior fit-out projects.
  • Knowledgeable in space planning, furniture systems, shop drawings, and project coordination.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, and presentation software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
