- Handle customer inquiries, orders, requests, and complaints efficiently and professionally
- Provide accurate information using the appropriate tools and maintain strong product knowledge
- Process documents, proof of delivery, and customer updates as needed
- Manage support tickets and accurately log transactions in ERP and CRM systems
- Assist Sales team with requests and collaborate across departments to resolve order issues
- Maintain data accuracy in systems and coordinate with external partners as required
- Escalate complex issues, meet KPIs and SLAs, and perform other assigned tasks
- College level
- Minimum of 6 months experience in invoice and order processing in a BPO setting
- Preferably with experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in medical devices and technology distribution
- Familiarity with customer support tools and systems (e.g., CRM, ERP; Zendesk, Salesforce is a plus)
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with 90% accuracy
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite at Cyberscape Gamma, Ortigas Center, Pasig City
