About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Officer to join the Philippine Football Federation in our Carmona Cavite office. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, onboarding of new employees, and providing HR support to the organisation.
What you'll be doing- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on best hiring practices
- Maintain and update the employee database, ensuring all records are accurate and compliant
- Assist with the coordination of employee benefits, including health insurance, leave, and others
- Provide HR support and guidance to employees on various HR-related matters
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the wider HR team to drive HR initiatives and improve employee experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HR Officer or Recruitment Specialist role
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organisation
- Proficient in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Proven track record of managing the full recruitment lifecycle
- Passion for enhancing the employee experience and driving HR initiatives
