Accounting Head

Business Unit: Bellshayce Foods, Inc.

Plays a key role in financial analysis, cost control, and cash flow monitoring.

What You’ll Do:

Common Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise accounting operations including payables, receivables, payroll, and general ledger.
• Ensure accurate preparation and analysis of financial statements.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with tax laws and audit requirements.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risk.
• Coordinate with auditors and external stakeholders for regulatory compliance.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team.
• Identify and implement process improvements in accounting systems and reporting.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax compliance, and audit preparation.
• Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, financial modeling).
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
