Join us as a Customer Support Specialist (Onsite) in Newtown, where your patience, understanding, and drive to help others will truly matter. You will guide customers, answer questions, ease frustrations, and help resolve concerns with a heart for service.
How You Make an Impact- Deliver heartfelt, excellent customer service
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and/or chat with empathy and clarity
- Navigate multiple screens while staying attentive and patient
- Resolve issues while creating a positive, caring customer experience
- At least 6 months of call center experience
- High school or senior high school diploma
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM
- Basic computer navigation skills
- A positive attitude, compassion, and a strong work ethic
