Production Support Senior Supervisor - Tarlac

About the role

Goto Denshi Mfg. Phils., Inc. is seeking an experienced Production Support Senior Supervisor to join our team in Pampanga, Central Luzon. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our manufacturing operations.

1. 1 Have the ability to communicate (Report, Inform and consult) well to his superior and related department through Verbal or by email.
2. 2 Has the ability to handle Supervisor, Line Leaders & direct workers.
3. 3 Have the ability and with passion to improve Subordinates behavior and attitude,
4. 4 Must have strong commanding & convincing power to follow by his subordinates.
5. 5 Plans & ensures that the section meets its Target Machine Efficiency with the consideration to improve Productivity and reduce Quality defect.
6. 6 Has the ability to teach comprehensively and explain instruction clearly to his subordinates.
7. 7 Equip to check actual situation of the Shopfloor (Man Method, Machine and materials)
8. 8 Ensures that the necessary processes are in place and that responsibilities are properly assigned for efficient and effective operations of the section, subject to adequate control.
9. 9 Willing to learn (hands-on) new technical ideas & concept of the machine.
10. 10 Has the ability to identify Cause of the Problems and come up to a solution to prevent from happening again.
11. 11 With actual practice in utilizing Basic Statistical Process Control,
12. 12 With experience in making documented guidelines, procedure related to ISO, EMS or IATF and the likes.
13. 13 Has willingness and initiative to work with extra mile (overtime) as necessary without asking by his Direct Superior.
14. 14 Willing to support & open for communication even at home or a day-off
15. 15 Knowledgeable in microsoft (excel, Word & powerpoint.
16. 16 Performs task as may be assigned by the immediate superior.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production support or supervisory role within the manufacturing industry
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
• Proficient in data analysis and process improvement methodologies
• Familiarity with relevant safety, quality, and environmental regulations in the manufacturing industry
