About the role

Di BellaScapes Real Estate Development Inc' is looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join our dynamic and growing team. This full-time position will be based in Central Luzon and will play a key role in supporting our human resources functions.

What you'll be doing
  • Handling day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including employee onboarding, off-boarding, and maintaining personnel records
  • Assisting with the coordination and execution of HR policies, procedures, and programs
  • Providing support for employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management
  • Collaborating with the HR team to implement talent acquisition, training, and development initiatives
  • Maintaining and updating HR databases and reporting
  • Handling employee inquiries and providing HR-related guidance and support
What we're looking for
  • 2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR or HR administrator role, preferably in the real estate or construction industry
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
  • Proficient in HR-related software and systems, including HRIS and payroll platforms
  • Thorough knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
