Senior Accountant / Finance, Internal Controls & Innovation Lead

Premier Family Business Consulting is looking for a young, driven, and purposeful finance professional who sees accounting beyond compliance and reporting.

This role is designed for someone who wants to help build systems, strengthen internal controls, support governance, improve financial discipline, and contribute to innovation within a growing professional firm.

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting
• Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and cash flow analysis
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Support tax compliance, tax planning, and coordination with external accountants and auditors
• Strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and compliance procedures
• Assist in audit preparation and governance-related financial processes
• Help improve operational workflows, systems, and documentation standards
• Support digital transformation, automation, and AI-enabled finance initiatives
• Provide financial insights that support management decision-making
• Coordinate with leadership and cross-functional teams on finance and operational matters
• Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, discipline, and professionalism in all financial activities

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Accounting Technology, or related field
• CPA license preferred but not required
• At least 2–5 years of relevant accounting, finance, audit, or internal controls experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance
• Experience in audit, process improvement, or governance-related functions is an advantage
• Familiarity with accounting software and digital finance tools
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High level of integrity, discipline, and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow professionally
• Cebu-based or willing to work in Cebu City
